Organise Your Own Marathon

Your imagination is the limit when it comes to which activity you choose to complete the 26.2 miles.  Walking, cycling, riding, mountain biking, running backwards whilst juggling… If you think that running is boring then you can be creative as you like, as long as you cover the distance.

If running in a competitive marathon does not appeal to you, why not organise your own marathon which can be completed in any shape or form? You can team up with friends or family and take part in a marathon as a team or relay to reduce the distance that each person covers. The more people that take part, the fewer the miles each has to cover.

Don’t worry if you do not think that you are up to a full marathon, you can team up with family and friends and cover the miles as a team effort or a relay.
